GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead – SEM to take ownership of our client’s paid search strategy. In this role, you’ll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Bing, and YouTube; manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns; and deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do:
- Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and YouTube
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and other KPIs
- Provide insights on keywords, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization
- Develop reports/dashboards to track performance and guide strategy
- Work closely with the in-house SEM Manager and take over agency responsibilities by January
- Research and test new SEM opportunities across emerging channels
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEM buying experience (Google Ads & Bing)
- Proven success running and optimizing YouTube campaigns
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM)
- Confident in creating & presenting reports via Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience independently managing paid search budgets with measurable results
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US Eastern Time
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, Looker, or Hex for reporting and dashboards
- Experience in DTC e-commerce or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare)
