Marketing Data & Reporting Assistant
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst for our growth marketing team. This teammate creates reports and dashboards from pulled-out data on various social media platforms and websites. Furthermore, data investigation, insights, and recommendations will also be provided by this teammate promptly, ensuring the report’s accuracy.

The Schedule:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
The Role:
1. Weekly Data Reporting & Presentation
- Manage and update weekly data for approximately 10 clients.
- Access dashboard links, capture updated data via screenshots, and integrate them into pre-designed presentation decks (Google Slides or PowerPoint).
- Ensure accuracy of inserted visuals and alignment with client expectations.
2. Dashboard Review & Screenshot Capturing
- Click through marketing dashboards and take clear, relevant screenshots.
- Insert visuals into appropriate sections of the reporting deck.
Maintain presentation aesthetics and structure.
3. Excel & Google Sheets Handling
- Work with CSV and Excel files to review and analyze datasets.
- Paste data from templated Facebook Ads exports into pre-built, pivoted Google Sheets.
- Ensure graphs and tables in Google Sheets update correctly before capturing for presentations.
4. Data Accuracy & Analysis
- Review performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
- Identify data trends and flag unusual values (e.g., abnormal cost per install).
- Report discrepancies or inconsistencies via Slack to ensure data integrity.
5. Learning & Process Adherence
- Learn tasks through training videos and documentation.
- Follow established reporting workflows consistently.
- Adapt to occasional report format changes with provided guidance.
The Requirements :
- Experience working with data reporting or marketing data is a must-have
- Must have hands-on experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Must have excellent attention to detail — able to flag unusual trends, inconsistencies, or missing data
- Familiarity with marketing metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and terms like cost-per-install is a plus
- Experience with tools like Looker or other BI platforms is a bonus but not required
- Familiarity with Outlook and Slack for internal communication
- Should be highly organized,proactive, and timely with deliverables
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US.
The Compensation:
- ₱70,000 to ₱90,000/month
