Digital Marketing Analyst

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. In this role, you’ll help track and understand how marketing campaigns are performing by working with data from platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter. You'll create reports, build dashboards, and share insights that help the team make smart decisions. What You’ll Do:

• Collect and clean data from ad platforms like Meta (Facebook), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter

• Create regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to show campaign performance

• Build dashboards and charts using tools like Tableau, Looker, or other similar tools

• Write short summaries explaining what the data means

• Make custom reports when needed by the team

• Check reports for any errors and fix data issues

• Communicate and work with your team using Gmail and Slack

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience working with data, especially marketing data

• 2+ years of experience pulling data from ad platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter)

• 1+ year of experience using Google Analytics

• Experience using tools like Tableau, Looker, or other BI (Business Intelligence) tools

• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, charts, etc.)

• Can create reports and dashboards from scratch

• Understands marketing terms and performance metrics

• Organized, detail-oriented, and meets deadlines

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Able to work during the night shift (graveyard hours) based on US time zones

Nice to Have:

• Experience uploading ads on Meta or TikTok to help support media buying teams

• Experience using Python or SQL for data analysis
