Are you an experienced data analyst with a passion for turning complex data into clear, compelling visual insights? Join our team as a Tableau SME - Data Analyst. In this role, you will leverage your advanced skills in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel to create meaningful visualizations, manage databases, and support critical data management needs. Your expertise will directly support decision-making and strategic planning across various sectors.

 

Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 100,000/month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Database & Visualization Management: Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel to manage and analyze data, ensuring accurate and effective visual representation.
  • GUI Development: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive front-end user interfaces with Tableau, aligned with client specifications.
  • Data Management: Oversee modeling and simulation data to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Interface Development & Maintenance: Establish and sustain interfaces between relational databases and analytics/visualization software for efficient data entry and extraction.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with data visualization and database management (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including:
    • Handling multiple data sources with diverse structures in single views.
    • Working with many-to-many joins and cross-data source filters.
    • Managing data for periods with varying record availability.
    • Creating custom views and graphs.
  • Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent visual skills to effectively interpret and present data.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Skills in VBA or Python.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare/medical industry.

Future Opportunities

  • Provide narrative insights, crafting data stories that reveal trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for opportunity, as directed.
