We’re seeking a highly analytical and experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple formats. This is a remote opportunity open to Philippine applicants only, with collaboration required during U.S. business hours (PST preferred). The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Must Have:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns from setup to optimization.
At least 1 year of experience running and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Video, or similar).
Strong understanding and experience with paid media KPIs including ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced functions, charts, and pivot tables for reporting.
Comfortable working U.S. time zones, with fluent English communication skills for Slack, email, and video calls.
Core Tasks:
Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns, including A/B testing of creatives and ad sets.
Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather creative assets and communicate performance needs to the team.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly ad performance reporting in spreadsheets or analytics platforms.
Actively participate in daily standups and ongoing Slack communications to flag optimizations and share progress.
