Sales Development Representative

Full Time


GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in the US. This is a remote position and will play a major role in the company’s continued growth and expansion. A successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, has the ability to think on your feet while presenting a confident pitch to engage the opportunity.

The Role:


  • You will manage outbound (pre)sales activities to prospect clients to set up appointment calls from leads and set up meetings for a potential sales deal. 


  • You will respond to and engage in outbound sales communications via email using templated and guided responses.


  • You will facilitate and coordinate the booking of formal sales meetings. The goal is to make each successful client outreach into a confirmed formal sales meeting with the sales team.


  • You will track all activity in CRM



The Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills (email and chat)
  • Efficient in following and using templated scripts and guided responses 
  • Must have experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
  • Must know how to escalate opportunities when necessary
  • Experience with G Suite or similar office software is a must.
