Social Media Ads Assistant

We are looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist who has prior experience working graveyard shift in the Philippines. 

Core Tasks:

• Upload and manage paid digital ad campaigns for Meta 
• Work with creative and copy departments to pull in necessary content for ads
• Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction
• Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
• Pixel tracking via Meta ads
• Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results
• Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction

Must Have:

• 1+ years with Meta/Facebook ads experience
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram campaigns 
• Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms
• Basic to intermediate experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Great written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the U.S. based client
• Ability to perform tasks Monday through Friday and communicate with your client proactively on your progress of tasks 

Working Conditions:

• Providing support to U.S. clients during the graveyard hours in the Philippines
• Utilizing our time tracking tool, Hubstaff
• Following a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday
