+ The Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing strategy and execution. Proficiency with ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze). Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis. Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills for email template editing and troubleshooting. Strong communication and organizational skills.
