Performance Ad Designer
Role Overview
Seeking a mid-to-senior level designer to produce static, video, and GIF ad creatives for paid social platforms. This role combines execution, iteration, and performance-focused production across multiple brands and client campaigns.
Salary Range: PHP 65,000 - 80,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities
Produce static, motion, and GIF ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Build ads from scratch and iterate from existing assets
Resize, crop, add text overlays, and adapt creatives across platforms
Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and platform compliance
Deliver high-volume output (20–30+ assets per week) with accuracy
Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Account Managers
Manage tasks and files using Asana, ClickUp, Frame.io, and Google Drive
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in digital ad or paid social design (DTC/ecommerce preferred)
2+ years experience designing short-form video for social platforms
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Experience in an agency or high-volume production environment
Strong attention to detail and performance-marketing mindset
Ability to work EST hours
Nice to Have
Motion graphics or light animation experience
Familiarity with Meta ad policies and compliance
Experience with AI-assisted design tools
