The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
The Role:
Create video and static ad content using various tools (Canva, CapCut, AI tools) following client guidelines
Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, aligning with client requests and strategies
Optimize Meta campaigns independently based on client-defined playbooks and KPIs
Analyze creative and copy performance, proposing tests and sharing insights with clients
Regularly assess the effectiveness of client strategies and provide unsolicited feedback and insights for improvement
The Requirements:
3+ years of Meta ads management experience
Ability to set up, optimize, and recommend improvements for ad campaigns based on data trends
Knowledge of key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other paid media KPIs
Skill in creating new Google Sheets reports to show real-time and long-term paid media trends
Experience sourcing images and videos from various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Google Images, stock libraries)
Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design and ad production
