We are seeking a highly proactive, client-facing Client Operations & Business Development Support to support the Founder across client relationships, business development operations, and active project coordination.  If you enjoy turning plans into action and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role is for you!


Salary Range:  PHP 85,000 - 95,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Support (Execution-Focused)
    • Build and manage targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (primary tool)
      • 20 leads per day
      • 100 leads per week
    • Execute outbound connection requests and follow-up messages based on defined criteria
    • Track leads, responses, and status updates accurately
    • Route interested leads and replies directly to the founder
    • Support additional outreach tools (e.g., Apollo) as needed
    • This role supports strategy ownership and execution of lead generation, not closing.
       
  • Lead Nurturing & Relationship Management (High Priority)
    • Own the ongoing nurture process for warm and existing leads
    • Proactively follow up with past prospects, contacts, and ongoing conversations
    •  Strategize with the client and execute nurture campaigns such as:
      • Holiday or seasonal touchpoints
      • Follow-ups tied to articles, thought leadership, or announcements
      • Outreach around timely opportunities (e.g., grants, funding cycles)
    • Draft and send follow-up messages and emails on behalf of the founder using agreed messaging
    • Maintain consistent touchpoints throughout a long sales cycle
       
  • Client & Stakeholder Support (Client-Facing)
    • Join client and prospect calls as a delegate for the founder when needed
    • Serve as a professional presence on calls:
      • Take notes
      • Track decisions and action items
      • Clarify next steps
    • Send post-call summaries and follow-ups on the founder’s behalf
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for coordination, scheduling, and communication
    • Escalate risks, blockers, or opportunities proactively
       
  • Project Management & Delivery Oversight
    • Track 2–3 active client projects at a time
    • Maintain visibility into:
      • Project scope and deliverables
      • Timelines and milestones
      • Client expectations and next steps
    • Follow up internally and externally to ensure work stays on track
    • Prepare concise updates so the founder has full situational awareness
    • Support contract and payment follow-ups as needed (status checks, reminders, troubleshooting)
       
  • Executive & Operational Support
    • Act as a right-hand support to the founder across client-facing and operational work
    • Translate high-level ideas into clear plans, timelines, and task lists
    • Bring structure, organization, and momentum to day-to-day execution
    • Anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for instruction
    • Ensure nothing “falls through the cracks” across sales, projects, and client relationships

Must Haves:
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable being client-facing and joining calls on camera
  • Experience in project coordination, account management, or executive support
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM-style tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, or similar systems
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, relationship-driven environment

Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting founders, consultants, or small professional services teams
  • Background in business development, client success, or account management
  • Experience with long sales cycles (consulting, education, B2B services)
