GrowthAssistant is looking for a Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will coordinate end-to-end execution of automotive trade shows across the US and Canada, including vendor management, sponsorship submissions, travel arrangements, and pre-event marketing initiatives. Collaborated with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to generate leads, schedule meetings, track event KPIs, and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM.

The Role
- Research and make a list of automotive trade shows, audience profiles, and sponsorship opportunities in the US & Canada market
- Work with the head of marketing to evaluate and identify trade shows to attend and sponsor
- Work with trade show and event hosts to submit a sponsorship proposal and required documents in a timely manner
- Support the planning, strategizing, and project management across all aspects of event/trade show execution from start to finish — including coordinating with booth vendors, managing all venue logistics and onsite event support, booking employee travel and hotel, and executing pre-event promotions (email and social) and field enablement
- Work with the sales team and revenue operations to invite and schedule meetings with attendees
- Track and measure results from every event and tradeshow—booth visitors, demos, and ensure every qualified lead is followed up in a timely manner
- Manage multiple, complex timetables with many events and trade shows at a time
- Support 4 - 12 team members attending auto trade shows and conferences
- Assist with hotel bookings
- Pull data from event portals into CRM Hubspot
The Requirements
- 2+ years in event coordination and logistics
- Experience with Hubspot
- Workflows and Automation
- Reporting
- Creating email campaigns and sequences
- Basic to intermediate Excel/Sheets experience (Calculating # of customers needed based on event investment, using conversion rates, using formulas provided)
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
- Proactive Mindset - Able to look ahead and make recommendations
- Ability to work PST 8 am - 5 pm
Nice-to-have
- Experience in field marketing
- Experience with Asana or similar PM tool
