The Role
Develop and manage content strategies across social media platforms to grow and engage online communities.
Plan, create, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
Launch, monitor, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Coordinate multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
The Requirements
Social Media Management: At least 2 years of experience developing and managing content strategies across platforms.
Email Marketing: Minimum of 2 years creating and optimizing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
Paid Advertising: Minimum of 2 years managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Marketing Analytics: Experience analyzing marketing performance and generating actionable reports.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Basic understanding and application of SEO best practices.
Community Management: Demonstrated experience growing and engaging online communities.
Project Coordination & Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
