We’re looking for talented and driven Senior Video Editors to join our fast-paced creative team and help us produce high-performing paid social ads for high-growth consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-output environment, is fluent in editing platforms like CapCut, and is passionate about creating video content that drives results.

Core Tasks:
- Edit high volumes of short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other paid social platforms
- Rapidly iterate and version ads based on testing frameworks and creative briefs, often turning a single concept into 10–20 testable variants
- Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-enhanced editors to accelerate output and streamline workflows
- Integrate performance feedback and creative testing insights into ongoing iterations to improve ad effectiveness
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Growth Strategists to align creative output with performance goals and audience insights
- Work with templates and automation tools to scale asset creation quickly and consistently
- Apply strong editing fundamentals: pacing, timing, audio balancing, color correction, and text overlay for direct-response storytelling
- Incorporate UGC-style content, stock footage, and platform-native trends into your edits to drive authenticity and engagement
- 3–4+ years of video editing experience in a performance marketing, creative agency, or content production environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates real-world performance results—ads that have driven engagement, clicks, or revenue
- Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects; Figma familiarity is a plus
- Experience with AI or automation tools (e.g. text-to-video, voiceover generators, auto-captioning, asset versioning workflows)
- A solid understanding of how creative impacts paid performance and media results
- The ability to move quickly, take feedback constructively, and operate autonomously in a fully remote, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with best practices and trends across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snap, and other performance-focused platforms
- Passion for storytelling through video—especially in the context of driving clicks, installs, signups, and sales
Work Conditions:
- Full-time remote work following PST (The client is open to some async after your first 90 days)
- Hubstaff time-tracker tool used for productivity monitoring and payroll purposes

Salary Range: PHP 65,000 - 80,000 per month
