PPC Campaign Manager
GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, including Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), manual paid search, and Performance Max. This role focuses on refining existing mature campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring lead quality for both eCommerce and lead generation objectives.

The Schedule:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns with significant budgets.
- Experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Bing Ads.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to learn and execute campaigns based on established SOPs and processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including daily health-check reports and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Assess and refine mature Google Ads campaigns using Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) as a broad strategy, breaking out high-performing opportunities into manual campaigns.
- Adjust budgets, bids, and ad settings to meet CPA and ROAS targets.
- Monitor and proactively analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to review and launch ad copy within SEC guidelines.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct keyword search term reports, evaluate keyword and ad group-level performance, and refine targeting based on lead quality and campaign metrics.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and proprietary Lead Quality Index (LQI) data to determine campaign success.
Daily Reporting:
- Compile and deliver daily health-check reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Use Google Sheets and existing templates to track and report campaign data, ensuring data is filtered and presented clearly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including compliance and creative, to iterate and refine ad copy and campaign strategies.
- Provide insights during bi-weekly reviews and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) as needed.
Tools & Platforms:
- Utilize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4 for campaign management and analysis.
- Leverage Tableau views and existing reports for additional insights.
- Perform manual reporting using Google Sheets with advanced functionalities like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
The Compensation:
- ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
