The Schedule:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Must-Haves:

1-3 years of experience in email marketing, client coordination, or project management
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred), project management (Asana preferred), and email marketing (Mailchimp preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Core Tasks:

Monitor and manage inbound lead and client communications via HubSpot and email
Oversee project workflows in Asana, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met
Conduct quality assurance checks on email campaigns to ensure proper functionality and rendering
Provide weekly project updates to clients and internal teams
Stay informed on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices

The Compensation:

₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
