We are looking for a Creator Community Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will serve as the digital voice of a clinical skincare brand developed by dermatologists and designed for all skin tones. They will manage the end-to-end process of community engagement and influencer marketing — from building relationships in DMs and comments, sourcing and supporting content creators, coordinating contracts and branding guidelines, assisting with fulfillment/logistics, managing ongoing campaigns, identifying viral content and UGC, to tracking performance and social sentiment.

Salary Range: up to PHP 80,000 per month ($8/hr-$8.2/hr)
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

  • Monitor and respond to DMs and comments on TikTok and Instagram, maintaining a consistent and on-brand tone of voice

  • Engage daily with influencers, content creators, and our broader audience — answer questions, hype up creators, and participate in trending conversations

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing influencers, creators, and superfans

  • Occasionally research and compile lists of qualified influencers based on set criteria (follower count, engagement, content alignment, estimated CAC, etc.)

  • Track social sentiment, competitor activity, FAQs, and emerging conversation trends to inform content and product strategies

  • Identify UGC and potential creator collaborations and flag them to the marketing team

  • Partner with the social and creative teams to ensure a unified brand voice across all channels

  • Maintain and update community engagement trackers and tools via Google Sheets or Excel

  • Grow into a role that includes supporting influencer contract finalization

  • Assist with general operations and ad-hoc marketing support as needed


The Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in community management or social media engagement

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram, including a strong understanding of platform trends and internet culture

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft authentic, human, and on-brand responses

  • Intuitive understanding of tone — knowing when to be witty, warm, educational, or supportive, and how to shift between them seamlessly

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and building online communities

  • Ability to work PST hours

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprout, Later, or Notion

  • Experience using Gmail and Slack for team communication

  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle brands

  • Awareness of key players and trends within the American beauty industry
