🎯 What You’ll Do
Launch & Optimize Campaigns – build Meta ad campaigns from scratch and manage Google Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making – analyze ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs to optimize performance.
Testing & Experimentation – run A/B tests, iterate on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting.
Performance Reporting – build and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
Cross-Functional Collaboration – work with creative and marketing teams to gather assets and share recommendations backed by data.
Client Communication – proactively update clients via Slack, email, and video calls with insights and optimization plans.
Explore New Channels – assist in testing emerging platforms and expanding ad strategy.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must be based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.).
3+ years Meta Ads experience – proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving ROI.
1+ year Google Ads experience – hands-on with Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
Experience managing ad budgets and daily optimizations.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Proactive communicator—comfortable with Slack, email, and client video calls.
Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients.
Availability to work PST hours (CST/EST overlap considered).

Agency or multi-brand experience.
E-commerce/DTC background.
TikTok Ads experience.
Familiarity with creative analysis and performance recommendations.
