We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Tech/Ops Specialist to own the day-to-day operational health of our Shopify stores. This is a highly execution-focused role centered on order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and product setup accuracy.

You’ll work within well-documented, established processes in a straightforward environment where success is defined by precision, consistency, and proactive issue detection. 🌟 Role Overview

You’ll start by owning high-volume application reviews and operational workflows inside Airtable, Zendesk, and Notion. As you ramp, you’ll partner closely with the Operations Lead to design automations, improve documentation, and create scalable systems that support growing programs.

This role blends operations execution, systems thinking, and no-code automation.

🛒 What You'll Do

Daily Shopify Operations
   •   Upload tracking numbers into Shopify daily
   •   Submit manual monogramming orders to Softline
   •   Monitor Shopify orders for unfulfilled or partially fulfilled statuses and investigate delays
   •   Identify and escalate problem orders (backorders, fulfillment issues, inventory discrepancies) to the Customer Experience team
   •   Submit daily manual orders for Shopify Collective and gifting sites
   •   Coordinate directly with warehouse contacts to investigate and resolve order issues
   •   Check multiple warehouse portals/systems to verify shipment and fulfillment status
   •   Proactively identify discrepancies before they become customer-facing problems

Product Detail Page (PDP) Builds
   •   Verify product imagery meets dimension and quality requirements
   •   Categorize products and assign them to correct Shopify collections
   •   Add product variants (size, color, etc.) in the correct order and structure
   •   Upload approved photography and copy to PDPs
   •   QA new and upcoming products across multiple categories
   •   Collaborate with the marketing team on PDP builds (training provided)

✅ Must-Haves

   •   Hands-on eCommerce operations experience with Shopify
   •   Experience coordinating order fulfillment and logistics, including working with warehouses
   •   Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
   •   Exceptional attention to detail and comfort following documented SOPs
   •   Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues end to end
   •   Quick learner who can independently pick up new tools and systems
   •   Strong async communication skills using Slack and Google Workspace

💸 Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 65,000
