The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience with audience segmentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Hightouch, or similar).
2+ years of experience using SQL for querying audience data (Snowflake preferred).
Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
Basic understanding of CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience documenting and maintaining data dictionaries or audience management systems.
Core Tasks:
Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to manage audience requests and ensure timely delivery.
QA audience definitions and configurations to ensure accuracy in targeting and compliance with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with engineering to validate SQL queries and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
Maintain and update the data dictionary for audience attributes and usage documentation.
Troubleshoot audience discrepancies within platforms like Hightouch or Braze.
