Core Responsibilities
- Execute and manage Google Paid Ads campaigns.
- Build, monitor, and optimize ads across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok within the provided parameters.
- Track performance analytics and adjust campaigns per client direction.
- Conduct basic quality assurance checks for ad setups and data tracking.
- Manage administrative and data entry touchpoints (code creation, UTM setup, etc.).
- Create reports and dashboards using provided templates.
- Conduct competitor research via Facebook Ads Library and other tools, tracking trends and compiling insights.
- Maintain organized documentation of research findings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media ad buying (Meta Ads required).
- 1–2+ years of Google Paid Ads experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong skills in G Suite and intermediate-level Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience in competitor research and campaign tracking.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and QA processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
- 1+ years of TikTok ad building experience.
- Experience with Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, Notion, or other project management tools.
- Experience in the health and beauty industry.
