The Role

As the Youtube Channel Operations Assistant, you will help us manage our Youtube channel by doing the following tasks:

Administrative - You will assist in uploading videos, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions on the youtube channel. You will also respond and monitor comments on our channel.

SEO - You will assist in implementing SEO best practices such as optimizing the video titles, description, and video tags.

Reporting and tracking - You will create UTM links to track video performance and assist in weekly channel performance reports as well as other ad hoc reports for stakeholders.

Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected.

The Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience managing Youtube channel(s)
• Must have 1+ year(s) of experience with Hubspot CRM software
• Must have 1+ year(s) of experience with project management tools such as Asana, Clickup, or similar
• Must have 1+ year(s) of experience conducting SEO tasks - optimizing video titles, description and video tags.
• Must be proficient in Google sheets
• Must have experience creating and running marketing reports
• Must have experience with slack and google meet for team communication
• Must have excellent oral and written english communication skills
• Must be proactive, responsive, and willingness to learn
• Must be amenable to work in US Eastern hours
