It also requires thorough QA of technical setups to ensure proper execution, deliverability, and alignment with targeting strategies. Additionally, the role supports campaign performance reporting and coordinates closely with cross-functional teams to manage project updates and communications via tools like Figma and Slack.

The Role
  • Campaign and Program Management:
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and partners to plan and launch initiatives or campaigns successfully.
  • Write comprehensive campaigns and creative briefs to guide the development of marketing assets, such as email campaigns, push notifications, and ads.
  • Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Managing communication and alignment across teams, including creative studios and operational partners, to ensure projects progress smoothly.
  • Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure they align with the campaign brief.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify gaps in performance, determine root causes, and implement strategies to address them.
  • Summarize detailed data into high-level insights for executive presentations.

The Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (preferably in the mortgage or financial services industries but not required).
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, ClickUp

Nice to Have
  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign execution.​​​​​​​

Compensation Range: ₱65,000 to ₱75,000/month
