GrowthAssistant is looking for a hands-on and detail-obsessed Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (HTML) who loves building campaigns that actually perform. You’ll own the execution of email and lifecycle workflows end-to-end — from building and QA’ing campaigns to optimizing performance and reporting results. 🎯 What You’ll Do
Build & optimize lifecycle workflows — including drip campaigns, automated journeys, and triggered sends
Execute campaigns hands-on — updating HTML, creatives, and copy for A/B testing
Perform thorough QA — check setups, targeting, and deliverability to ensure flawless execution
Analyze performance — track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally — align with design, content, and operations teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly
Maintain best practices — ensure compliance, deliverability, and targeting strategies are on point
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle campaigns
Solid HTML skills for editing and troubleshooting emails
Proficiency with email automation tools (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong QA mindset — you double-check everything and catch the details others miss
Analytical thinker — comfortable digging into performance data to optimize campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Project management skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
🌟 Nice-to-Haves
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Exposure to additional ESPs (SendGrid, Sailthru, etc.)
