We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Email Campaign Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end execution of email campaigns and automated customer journeys, ensuring every detail is accurate, timely, and optimized for success. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to analyze performance data, refine campaigns for maximum impact, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
SALARY RANGE: Up to PHP95K/mo (USD8 - 9.50/hr)

MUST-HAVE:
- Experience with a project management tool (Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.) to help PM multiple campaigns (critical for success in this role)
- 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform is a must-have
- 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM (Braze preferred, but not mandatory)
- 1+ years of experience with data analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker or similar)
- Proficiency with JIRA (or something similar), Slack, G-Suite, CRM systems (email, push, in-app, promo codes)
- Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns that include copy, code, and creative review
- Basic experience with Google Sheets
- Basic HTML knowledge
CORE TASKS:
- Conducting Quality Assurance review processes on all email marketing deliverables (Email Templates, Popups, Email Campaigns, Email Flows, and SMS), ensuring consistency and coherence in terms of branding, products, copy, target groups, etc.
- Checking all technical setups of Campaigns and Flows before the launch, to ensure the strategy is followed as well as deliverability and targeted audience
- Own the preparation and execution of CRM campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists
- Join daily meetings to review workload
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams on the execution of marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain campaign documentation including updating tickets, campaign overviews, internal calendars and status documents for cross-functional reference
- Flag SLA violations and QA misses to the lead
- Record areas where operators frequently miss
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience working with an app-centric client
- SQL experience is a nice-to-have

- Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to fast response times, and highly detail-oriented
- Highly proficient in English speaking and writing
- Has exceptionally high attention to detail — you always double-check everything you do, and you make sure to follow the guidelines
- Very thorough — obsessed with double-checking everything, testing, and making sure everything works properly
