Core Tasks:

  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (primary) and Google Ads (secondary) for multiple DTC brands within a single portfolio.
  • Build and launch new ad campaigns and ad sets from scratch; conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
  • Support growth leads by managing day-to-day campaign execution, trafficking, and QA tasks-freeing senior team members to focus on strategy.
  • Pull reports and performance snapshots from ad platforms, dashboards and BI tools (Sigma Computing) to inform optimizations and highlight trends.
  • Communicate proactively via Slack, Notion, and video calls with brand growth managers and portfolio leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and analytics stakeholders to ensure campaign execution aligns with brand goals.
  • QA ad performance across brands and flag optimization needs for senior growth team members.
  • Participate in daily or weekly syncs with the growth team to review results and surface learnings across the brand portfolio.



Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience executing Meta Ads campaigns (launching, optimizing, and scaling).
  • 1+ year experience managing Google Ads (Experience with feed-driven formats like Shopping & PMax is preferred).
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC.
  • Experience managing multiple DTC brands simultaneously (agency or in-house portfolio model).
  • Comfortable using Shopify, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets for reporting and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with BI dashboards (e.g., Sigma Computing, Looker, or similar) for monitoring paid media performance.
  • Strong written and verbal English; proactive communicator.
  • Proven track record supporting U.S.-based marketing teams remotely.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.


Nice-to-Have:
  • Exposure to affiliate, Pinterest, or Amazon ads channels.
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing or UGC content workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for creative optimization or reporting.
  • Interest in long-term growth across a portfolio of DTC brands.
