We’re hiring a detail-obsessed CRM Campaign Specialist to own campaign execution and QA across email, push, and in-app messaging.
You’ll ensure every campaign is accurate, personalized, and technically flawless—catching issues before they go live and optimizing the customer experience.
What you’ll do:
Execute and QA CRM campaigns end-to-end
Validate dynamic content (Liquid tags) and targeting logic
Test across devices and channels
Track issues, document QA findings, and flag risks
What we’re looking for:
2+ years with an ESP (Braze preferred)
1+ year in CRM QA across multiple channels
HTML knowledge + tools like JIRA, Slack, G-Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
