GrowthAssistant is looking for a Creative Director! The role is to be highly involved in driving projects forward and fostering a creatively challenging environment that promotes career growth for the team.

The Role
- Develop optimized direct response copy and briefs for ads, landing pages, and shoots.
- Lead a team of designers and marketers, providing feedback and guidance to ensure compelling, brand-consistent content
- Collaborate with various departments, including project management, development, and marketing, to ensure brand portfolio consistency and quality
- Manage timely turnaround and execution of content by shipping briefs to content creators through marketplaces and direct relationships
- End-to-end facilitation of content creator briefing, product shipping logistics, and content review via content marketplaces
- Communicate and promote brand identity across digital channels with consistency
The Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, Design Director, or similar to the role
- With experience in writing copy and developing creative briefs
- Proven track record of success in social media marketing, particularly in designing effective creatives for paid campaigns that generate high conversion rates
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, graphic design, visual communication, or any related field
- Excellent English communication skills, especially in communicating the languages of marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and a focus on usability
- Should have recent graveyard shift experience
Nice-to-have:
- 1+ years experience as a Creative Director, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in an e-commerce business or direct response marketing role
- Experience with consumer research/insights
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Work Conditions:
- Graveyard shift, following the client’s time zone
- Use of time-tracker tool (Hubstaff)

- Document the processes/workflow and build the infrastructure to scale the role
- Writing with GPT, using AI tools to generate content from product images, using Figma or Canva to mock up ad/organic content
