LinkedIn Ads Specialist
GrowthAssistant is looking for a LinkedIn Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launch and optimize Social ad campaigns specially LinkedIn and Meta, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve performance. Track key metrics, report on results, and address challenges proactively. Create detailed reports and collaborate on new ad content and channels with cross-functional teams.

The Role
- Analysis of performance of ads, search terms, and take action on low performance campaigns, ad groups, ads.
- Create keyword list
- Send out ads and keywords for translation and set up the returning campaigns.
- Create monthly reports regarding performance in each account. Best performing search terms, KPI:s etc
- Work with setting up dashboards with performance of accounts.
- Be present in meetings with Google ads reps
- Have meeting with Roxtec local marketers and go through results and discuss budgets.
Must Have:
- 2+ years of Meta ads experience to set up and optimize ad campaigns based on client direction and data thresholds
- Experience exporting Meta ads data into existing templates in Excel or Google Sheets
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in fluent English written and verbal communication
- Proactive communication of flagging issues and trends with the ads data
- Ability to work successfully with U.S. based clients
- Ability to work US time zones (EST and PST)
- Upload and optimize digital ad campaigns for Meta or LI (respectively)
- Collect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams
- Monitor & export Meta or LI (respectively) ads data and flag issues, concerns, and successes of campaigns and ads based on client pre-established parameters
- Export ads data into templated reports daily, weekly, and monthly for the client to determine what ads need adjusting
- Support the client in testing new ad copy and assets based on client direction
- Assist with the development of new ad channels as needed
- Utilize instant messaging, video-calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with client
- Project management experience for team admin and project tracking (Jira preferred but not required)
- Experience in an environment with high volume and frequent context switching
- Comfortable with spreadsheet-based analysis and formulas
- Familiarity with Tableau (or similar tool) - data pulls ONLY (client can train)
- Familiarity with SalesForce (or similar CRM) - data pulls ONLY (client can train)
- Ability to edit or adapt creative assets using Figma (other other design tool)
- 1+ years of LinkedIn ads platform experience
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
