GrowthAssistant is looking for a Organic Social Media Specialist for our growth marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing organic social media strategies across various platforms. The primary goal will be to grow and engage our brand's audience through compelling content and community management.

The Role

Manage Social Media Content & Posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube Posts(still images with description)
Disperse new content deliverables to content drive folders & notify the email campaign/ad creation team
Oversee/Plan Monthly Email Campaigns (not create or design, just proof, approve, suggest, and plan calendar based on products available each month)
Manage a small handful of influencers occasionally each month
Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
Coordinate with the in-house design team for creatives and copy
Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy and creative
Community management (monitor / engage on social within client-provided framework)
Track various data/project statuses using GSheets / Excel or PM tool
Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas

The Requirements

2+ years experience with organic social management for Meta and TikTok
1+ years experience with a social management platform like Hootsuite
Broad experience with multiple social ad platforms
Excellent written English skills
Ability to work EST/PST

Nice to have

Similar brand experience eComm apparel via Shopify is ideal!
Proofing experience
Not required, but a bonus if they have experience doing crowdfunding, kickstarter campaign

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Compensation range: ₱45,000 to ₱70,000/month
