We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate builds and circulates newsletters based on client-provided content using Emarsys or similar email platforms, QA editorial guides prior to publishing, uses a proprietary system to set up giveaways, and more.

The Role

Build and circulate newsletters based on client-provided content using Emarsys or similar email platforms
Use a proprietary system to set up giveaways (similar to WordPress, etc.)
QA editorial guides prior to publishing (fact checking, event info. verification, links working, info. updated/accurate, etc.)
Basic customer support functions (i.e. password resets, profile updates, FAQ responses, etc.)
QA event pages (i.e. ensure links working, info complete/correct, etc.)
Ad hoc digital marketing tasks as requested

The Requirements

2+ years of general digital marketing experience
Basic familiarity with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp or similar), a web dev platform, and a content calendar platform
Experience with G Suite is a must-have

Nice to Have

Basic HTML and/or CSS skills
Basic experience with Notion or similar project management platform is a nice-to-have
Experience working with an event, ticketing, or tour organization
Passion for music and live events
