GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. This role requires hands-on experience with HTML for email, audience segmentation, and marketing automation tools to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery.

The Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Must Have:

  • Experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar platforms for email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (Shopify, Braze) for building and editing emails
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone

Core Tasks:

  • Create and set up campaigns in Braze (or similar platform), including HTML build, asset setup, and audience segmentation
  • Manage day-to-day operations for email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution
  • Perform thorough testing and quality assurance (QA) before launch, ensuring accurate tracking and proper cross-device/browser rendering
  • Support additional lifecycle marketing campaigns, including push and in-app messaging
  • Ensure all campaign disclosures meet compliance and regulatory requirements

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
