We are seeking an Affiliate Marketer who will handle affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, effective collaboration, and successful execution.

CORE TASKS:

Affiliate Marketing

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Manage relationships with affiliate partners and negotiate terms.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports.
Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the program.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Handle affiliate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and regulations.
Track and manage affiliate payments and budgets.
Update links and creativity in affiliate networks.
Review pending affiliate applications.
Perform backlink research and media contact email sourcing.
Update weekly reporting decks.
Perform initial outreach to affiliate targets.
Maintain up-to-date tracking sheets.

MUST-HAVES:

Experience with end-to-end (from onboarding to reporting) influencer marketing and campaign management.
Familiarity with Upfluence, GRIN, Affluent, or similar platforms.
Experience with any major affiliate network (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, Impact Radius, Awin, PepperJam, Commission Junction, or similar platforms).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in managing and executing seeding and gifting campaigns.
Preferred: Bonus points for experience with ShareASale, SimilarWeb, or Ahrefs.
