🚀 About the Role

In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes. Your work will directly influence client growth and engagement while aligning with overall marketing strategies.


 

🎯 Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms.

  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies.

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging graphics, videos, and copy.

  • Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and other advanced strategies to enhance results.

  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  • Prepare client-facing decks, weekly reports, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure paid social campaigns support broader strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with platform representatives and external vendors as needed.


 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat a plus).

  • 2+ years of experience managing organic social channels.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into strategy.

  • Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.

  • Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Experience running campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn preferred.

  • Experience using Canva or similar tools for quick ad design support.

  • Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, and agency workflow tools.

  • Previous agency or multi-brand social media experience.

  • Knowledge of advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
