Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

Manage outreach to influencers that have yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
Ensure that the outreach system (smartlead) is working properly. Example, no pauses in the sequences, stoppers, etc.
Handle inquiries and responses in a timely manner as they come in from prospects
Reach out to prospects via Ramon’s socials or email as Ramon
Book meetings on sales calendars
Track outreach activities, goals, and targets within Asana
Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
Enrich and update CRM data on a daily basis - weekly reviews
Consistently maintain “inbox zero” daily

The Requirements

2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
Familiarity with AI tools and using them in a sales aspect
Experience with Smartlead and Asana
Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

Gmail and Slack experience for internal comms
Understanding of influencer marketing/creators
