Lead Generation Assistant
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Lead Generation Assistant to join our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will generate leads, build a list of prospective clients, send out outreach emails/DM, manage leads in the CRM/Spreadsheet, and schedule appointments and meetings.

- Generate leads and build a list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchspace, etc.
- Identify key decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities
- Persistent templated email/DM outreach (LinkedIn, Gmail, Twitter, etc.) and response using templated/guided responses
- Upload leads into the CRM (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot) or Spreadsheet (Google Sheet, MS Excel)
- Coordinate booking of meetings/appointment setting in the company calendar
- Experience with calendar management (booking meetings and appointments)
- Experience with Lead Generation tools/platforms (i.e., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchspace)
- Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with Spreadsheet software (i.e., Google Sheet, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be assertive, persistent, persuasive, and a good listener
- Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
