We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process for an affiliate marketing agency in the US.

Salary Range: up to PHP100,000/month (depending on experience)
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
- Download and prepare performance reporting using templated EOW, EOM, and EOY reporting deliverables in a proprietary analytics tool.
- Check the defined list of affiliate sites weekly for valid/invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violation.
- Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting correction of compliance violations.
- Semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for TM+ infringements and send outbound templated emails to violators.
- Check client KPIs daily. Compare numbers to the provided set of guardrails. Flag to the Account Manager when KPIs fall outside of the acceptable range.
- Process monthly voids/edits and put together monthly recap.
- Assist with publisher list building by searching for contacts for a provided list of publishers.
The Requirements:
- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Experience with Commission Junction or similar tool
- Experience with Brandverity or similar tool
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must-have
- Must have intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office
- Experience working with multiple clients/brands is nice to have
- Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
- Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
