GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HTML Email Specialist. The role involves building and optimizing email drip campaigns and workflows, including updating creatives and copy for A/B testing. It also requires thorough QA of technical setups to ensure proper execution, deliverability, and alignment with targeting strategies. Additionally, the role supports campaign performance reporting and coordinates closely with cross-functional teams to manage project updates and communications via tools like Figma and Slack.

The Role

Build email drip campaigns/workflows
Update creative & copy within existing automations to power A/B tests
QA - checking all technical setups of Campaigns and Flows before the launch, to ensure the strategy is followed as well as deliverability and targeted audience
Assist with weekly campaign reporting using provided dashboards
Work closely with the cross-functional teams (Strategy, Operations, Brand and Creative teams) on the project management side of the campaigns, documenting change in Figma and pinging stakeholders in Slack

The Requirements

3+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platform (ESP) is a must-have
Experience with end-to-end email marketing is a must-have
1+ years and proven experience PM’ing on the marketing side of a business
Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Experience with Slack for internal comms

Nice to Have

Experience with Iterable is a HUGE PLUS!
Experience with Tableau is a nice-to-have
Competency with html and API integrations
1+ years experience with Figma (used as a project mgt. tool) - GA can train prior to onboarding if a candidate does not have Figma experience

Compensation Range: ₱65,000 to ₱75,000/month
