GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist (Social + Search) to manage and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This role requires someone analytical, proactive, and skilled in both paid social and search marketing to help drive measurable business results for U.S.-based clients.

What You’ll Do
- Launch and manage ad campaigns on Meta and Google (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, Video)
- Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA
- Analyze data trends and create reports in Google Sheets/Excel using advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for ad copy and asset updates
- Conduct keyword research and follow SEM best practices
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams through Slack, email, and video calls
- Support competitor analysis and creative testing
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (setup, optimization, analysis)
- 1+ year of Google Ads experience (Search, Display, or PMax preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Sheets/Excel
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Comfortable working US time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience in agency setup
- TikTok Ads experience
- Familiarity with attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)
- Experience with SEMRush, Meta Ad Library, or other intelligence tools
