We’re looking for a Programmatic Campaign QA & Operations Specialist to be the first line of defense across our audio and CTV campaigns of our client. This role is mission-critical: you’ll ensure every campaign launches correctly, runs smoothly, and stays on track.

🚀 What You’ll Own
You’ll QA, traffic, and safeguard programmatic campaigns inside DSPs like Audiomatic and Basis, ensuring flawless execution from launch through flight.
🔍 Campaign QA & Pre-Launch Validation
Using a checklist-based process, you’ll verify:
Flight dates and start/stop timing
Inventory sources (audio publishers, exchanges, CTV supply)
Audience targeting segments (age, HHI, behavioral, etc.)
Brand safety settings
Geo targeting (including large geo lists and flight-to-flight changes)
Daily caps and pacing controls (catching fat-finger risks)
Creative alignment with the creative grid and swap schedule
Correct third-party measurement tags per creative/campaign
You’ll flag issues immediately and coordinate fixes so errors are caught early — not after launch.
⚙️ Asset Trafficking & Campaign Setup
Support trafficking and setup within DSPs (primarily Audiomatic; Basis for CTV as needed)
Upload creatives and execute swaps accurately
Maintain launch calendars and ensure campaigns launch/end on time
Track down missing inputs (plans, approvals, assets) proactively
Coordinate pixel implementation (generate platform code, send for placement, confirm signals fire)
Implement and QA third-party measurement tags (e.g., audio attribution tags)
📊 Monitoring & Operational Oversight
Run daily/weekly pacing checks to ensure spend and caps are correct
Raise red flags when delivery/performance issues arise
Pull delivery snapshots from DSP + attribution platforms
Maintain clean documentation:
QA checklists
Geo lists
Creative grids
Tag matrices
Continuously refine and improve operational systems
This is not a passive trafficking role — you are a quality gatekeeper and systems improver.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
1+ year of programmatic experience inside a DSP
2+ years supporting campaign setup, QA, or trafficking (programmatic preferred)
Extreme attention to detail and personal ownership of accuracy
Comfortable validating:
Large geo lists
Cap settings
Tag mapping
Multi-flight creative swaps
Experience working with tracking infrastructure (pixels, tags, validation, signal checks)
Intermediate spreadsheet skills (clean data entry, pivots, basic calculations)
Operational mindset — can follow and improve a checklist system
Available to work aligned with Pacific Time business hours

Experience with audio and/or CTV programmatic buys
Familiarity with Audiomatic or Basis DSPs
Familiarity with audio attribution tools like Podscribe
Experience managing complex trafficking structures
Brand safety and inventory control experience
