We're looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in executing promotional campaigns through precise audience targeting, performance tracking, and post-campaign analytics. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Strategy, CRM, Analytics, Product, and Brand Marketing to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 100,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategy and execution.
- Build audience segments and automate promotional bundles using SQL.
- Execute monthly lifecycle marketing campaigns, from forecasting to analysis.
- Monitor campaign pacing and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot campaign data issues and offer actionable, data-backed solutions.
- Extract and summarize insights from large data sets for reporting and presentations.
- Support A/B testing efforts and recommend improvements for campaign optimization.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data-heavy roles.
- Strong SQL skills: complex joins, CTEs, data extraction, and editing existing templates.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting).
- Experience interpreting large datasets to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and managing competing priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful in ambiguous environments.
- Available to work EST or CST hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in lifecycle marketing or promotional analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or lifecycle automation tools.
- Experience with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Mode, Sigma, etc.).
- Experience working in tech or fast-paced startups.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation.
This is a remote role working Eastern or Central Standard Time (EST/CST), ideal for candidates in the Philippines with strong SQL, Excel/Sheets, and marketing analytics experience.
