We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team. This teammate facilitates client-designer feedback and manage project schedules via Monday.com, ensuring 100% error-free campaign execution through rigorous QA. Analyze data to maximize email campaign performance, pulling weekly and monthly reports while leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools like Google Analytics and Klaviyo.

The Role

  • Facilitate design feedback between the client and our designers.
  • Manage and track your projects and schedule through Monday.com project management platform. 
  • Set up campaigns and automations and proof and QA every aspect to ensure 100% error-free execution.
  • Analyze and track data to identify trends and uncover new opportunities to maximize the performance of email campaigns and achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and growth goals. 
  • Pull weekly and monthly reporting for clients. 
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other eCommerce technologies to support campaign execution (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Attentive etc.)
 

The Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical email marketing, with e-commerce preferred.
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo and/or other email and sms marketing tools like Attentive, Postscript, eMarsys, Dot and Mailchimp
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
  • High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity; requires being scrappy.
  • The ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur and knowing when escalation is necessary.
