GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage high-volume, data-driven campaigns for one of our US-based clients. You’ll own the end-to-end email production process—from building and testing campaigns to analyzing performance and surfacing actionable insights that drive customer engagement and retention.

💼 What You'll Do:
- ✉️ Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor email campaigns — including batch sends, triggered messages, and automated lifecycle journeys for key customer segments
- 🧪 Set up and run experiments and A/B tests across campaigns and flows to improve engagement and conversion metrics
- 🗂️ Manage full email production workflow — from audience segmentation to creative QA to deployment — in close collaboration with internal teams
- 📊 Track and optimize email performance at campaign and journey levels; identify trends and surface actionable insights to stakeholders
- 🤝 Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional testing initiatives, supporting “test & learn” strategies across the broader marketing team
- 🛠️ Work with customer service to troubleshoot deliverability, list integrity, and related issues impacting customer experience
- ⚙️ Configure dynamic content blocks and conditional logic to enhance relevance and personalization in email campaigns
- 🔍 Leverage segmentation tools and filters (e.g., Mailchimp) to build targeted lists based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and attributes
- 📑 Use Google Sheets and tools like Slack, Notion, and ClickUp to coordinate efforts, manage blockers, and maintain timelines
- 🧾 Support ad hoc marketing tasks per client direction and team training

✅ You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in hands-on email marketing execution, ideally in a fast-paced agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
- Expertise in tools like MailChimp (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar platforms) for campaign setup, journey building, and analytics.
- Experience creating and launching A/B tests and reporting on their impact; and with audience segments, platform-based filters, conditions, custom attributes.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rate, deliverability, etc.) and how to use them to optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity and new challenges.
- Fluent written and spoken English; confident communicator who can clearly explain performance trends and next steps.
- Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
