The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, technical setups, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver effective and consistent marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.

The Role:
  • Execute multi-channel campaign across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and promo code campaigns using CRM/ESP platforms.
  • Set up and execute email drip campaigns/workflow.
  • Update creative & copy within existing automations to power A/B tests.
  • Launch email & push campaigns for partner marketing teams.
  • Assist with weekly campaign reporting using the provided dashboards.
  • Work with the team to turn off campaigns or optimize per the client's directives.
  • QA, update flows and triggers as per client directives. 
 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience with CRM/Email Marketing platform (ESP) is a must-have.
  • Experience building both workflow & one-off email campaigns required. 
  • Experience with end-to-end email marketing is a must-have. 
  • Experience with Slack for internal comms.
 

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Experience with BRAZE is a HUGE PLUS!
  • 1+ years of experience with Asana or a similar project management tool is a must-have.
  • Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Experience with Tableau is a nice-to-have.
  • Competency with HTML, JavaScript, and API integrations.


GROW-INTO:

  • Provide basic insight and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Track and identify trends and present findings to the client.
