The Role:
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and promo code campaigns using CRM/ESP platforms.
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and scheduling to support personalized campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product and marketing goals.
- Ensure flawless QA, testing, and tracking of multi-channel campaign performance.
- Maintain best practices in customer data usage, compliance, and deliverability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email service providers (ESPs).
- 3+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM platforms, including email testing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promo codes.
- Proficiency with Iterable (or similar tools), Slack, G-Suite, and various CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo Engage, Klaviyo, Braze, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
- Intermediate proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Google Sheets, with experience in reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns.
