💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and aligned with strategy.

🔍 Campaign QA & Execution

✔ Conduct end-to-end QA on email templates, flows, popups, and SMS campaigns
✔ Ensure consistency across branding, copy, targeting, and product alignment
✔ Validate all technical setups before launch (audience targeting, triggers, deliverability)
✔ Review campaigns across copy, code, and creative assets

⚙️ Campaign Operations

✔ Prepare and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, promotions)
✔ Schedule and deploy campaigns using ESP/CRM tools
✔ Monitor workflows and ensure campaigns align with strategy

📋 Project Management & Documentation

✔ Maintain campaign documentation: tickets, calendars, campaign overviews
✔ Update JIRA (or similar tools) and track campaign progress
✔ Join daily syncs to review workload and priorities
✔ Flag SLA risks, QA issues, and recurring errors to the team
✔ Identify gaps and continuously improve QA processes

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

✔ Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams
✔ Ensure alignment across stakeholders on timelines and deliverables


✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience using project management tools (Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.)

  • Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, and Google Workspace

  • Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling multi-channel digital campaigns

  • 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform

  • 1+ year of CRM QA experience (Braze is a strong plus)

  • Basic Google Sheets skills

  • Basic HTML knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
