GrowthAssistant is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player to lead our client onboarding and support processes. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide new users through our platform, provide top-tier customer support, and continuously improve our onboarding workflows based on real-time feedback.

Core Tasks:
• Client onboarding and training
• Customer support and troubleshooting
• Documentation and reporting
• Create a client-facing process for onboarding; maintain and edit process based on feedback from clients and internal team
Must-Haves:
• Experience with tools: Zendesk, Tango, Notion, Loom
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong, professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
• Empower clients to independently resolve issues in the future
• Experience with onboarding in the past
• Client-facing experience
Nice-to-Haves:
• Familiarity with/previous experience with the automotive industry (specifically luxury brands like Audi, Genesis)
