Assistant Creative Strategist (eCommerce | Up to 100K)
GrowthAssistant is hiring an Assistant Creative Strategist to support the development of high-impact marketing strategies across our client's brand portfolio. In this role, you'll focus on performance-driven creatives while leveraging data insights to guide decision-making. We're looking for someone analytical, creatively curious, and passionate about social media trends and performance marketing.
Using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Search, Facebook Ads Library, and internal platforms like Motion App and Foreplay, the Assistant Creative Strategist will support the Head of Creative Strategy in driving consumer and product research, fueling creative ideation, and informing ad development.

Core Tasks:
- Own and execute various research and strategy initiatives, including gathering and organizing consumer insights into comprehensive strategy reports
- Regularly update Foreplay.io platform with fresh, competitor-sourced creative inspiration
- Tag creative angles—such as main themes and personas—within our sprint planning dashboard to support strategic alignment and tracking
- Continuously scrape and refresh customer reviews, identifying recurring themes and language that can be repurposed into high-performing ad copy
- Script talking points for UGC content shoots (e.g., Gumdrop) using ChatGPT to aid creators in developing engaging and on-brand content
- Review, flag, and upload creator-submitted content while coordinating with the creative team by submitting job requests for promising assets
- Evaluate creative ads and briefs from agency partners, providing feedback for performance optimization and ensuring quality assurance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role, preferably in a performance marketing or digital advertising environment
- 1+ year of experience using ad libraries and research tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Library, TikTok Ads Library) for competitor and trend analysis
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally
- Strong attention to detail—especially in tasks involving QA, content uploading, and asset review
- Organized and self-motivated, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines
- Quick learner, open to training and able to adapt rapidly to new tools and workflows
- Strong research skills, including the ability to conduct in-depth internet searches, gather competitor insights, and build comprehensive strategy reports
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed decisions
- Excellent time management, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative mindset, with an eye for high-performing ad creatives and a passion for identifying compelling content. Candidates are encouraged to share any creative projects they’ve worked on—even outside of direct job experience
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies is preferred
- Recent experience working U.S. business hours and amenable to work 8a-5p CST

Salary Range: PHP 85,000 - 100,000 per month
