The Role:

Website Optimization:
- Enhance website structure, meta tags, URLs, and content.
- Conduct keyword research and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement on-page optimizations.
Organic Link Building:
- Secure backlinks from reputable yoga/wellness sites, directories, and influencers.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of link-building efforts.
Competitor Analysis:
- Research competitor content to uncover new ideas and keywords.
Technical SEO Support:
- Address technical issues such as site speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Develop comprehensive reports on website performance and keyword rankings.
Data Analysis:
- Extract insights from keyword research and performance metrics.
- Investigate SEO fluctuations and provide insightful reporting.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Assist in setting up SEMRush and study ASO using AppTweak data.

The Requirements:

Have experience working during the Graveyard Shift in the last 6 months.
At least 18 years old
3-4+ years of proven SEO experience, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMRush, or similar SEO tools.
Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on organic traffic and engagement metrics.
Analytical, proactive, and aligned with company values.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack and Gmail for efficient collaboration.
