Social Ads Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Ads Specialist to manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based clients, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, optimized for performance, and reported accurately.

What You’ll Do:
Upload and optimize ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) following client guides
Gather ad assets and copy from marketing teams
Monitor campaign performance and flag issues, trends, and wins
Export ad data into ready-made reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Support ad testing with new copy and creatives
Respond to Meta & TikTok ad comments using macros/escalations
Communicate proactively via chat, email, video calls, and project management tools
Must-Have Experience:
2+ years running Meta ad campaigns (setup, optimization, reporting)
Experience with influencer whitelisting/darkposting
1+ year experience (or ability to quickly ramp up) on YouTube and TikTok Ads
Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel for ad data reporting
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Comfortable working U.S. hours (EST timezone)
Familiar with Google Suite, Slack; bonus if you’ve used Notion or Asana
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or nutrition industries
